the DIETI Library will be closed for the summer break from Wednesday, July 30th to Tuesday, September 2nd. All services will resume regularly on Wednesday, the 3rd.
Dear all, this summer we want to give you the opportunity to discover new worlds and broaden your horizons!
Professor Guglielmo Tamburrini has donated a collection of books on logic, philosophy of science, ethics, current affairs, and other interesting topics not strictly related to engineering to the DIETI library. And now, we want you to take advantage of it too!
How does it work?
Come to the library and choose the books you want to borrow from the available selection.
Take it with you on vacation, on a trip, or simply to enjoy in your free time.
You can return it at your leisure.
The goal is to share a passion for knowledge and stimulate critical thinking, even away from textbooks.
Don't miss this opportunity! Stop by the DIETI library and choose your next literary travel companion.
Happy holidays and happy reading!
Thanks to the SINAPSI Center, a workstation equipped with a planetary scanner has been activated in the DIETI Library to allow students with disabilities and with SLD to autonomously reproduce the digital versions of documents and magazines and anything that may be useful to them to support their course of study.
For information on how to use the scanner, follow the link to the video prepared by the Sinapsi Center https://www.sinapsi.unina.it/scanner_planetari_biblioteche
The workstation can be used during the same opening hours as the library, visible on the web page Opening Hours.

Yesterday, January 9, 2025, the University CAB informed us that it is communicated that, due to the protracted negotiations between CARE/CRUI and the publisher, access to IEEE will be suspended starting January 31.
IEEE has not deemed it appropriate to proceed with an extension.
Starting January 1, the continuation of the workflow for publication in OA is not expected.
