The services offered by the DIETI library for Professors and Researchers of the DIETI Department are:
Paper monograph Loan - Consultation of Paper Journals
Teachers can borrow monographs available in the library for 1 year if they have the “loanable” status or 15 days if they have the “short loan” status because they are texts used in teaching and therefore frequently used by students.
The maximum number of monographs that can be borrowed is a maximum of 30 volumes.
The loan is renewable, personal and not transferable to others except before having carried out the procedure for returning the material and taking charge of others.
For articles in paper journals available in the library, doctoral students can come and pick them up to scan the article or they can send a request with bibliographic references (author, article title, journal, year, volume, issue) by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to request the scanning and sending of the pdf file of the article of interest. In compliance with copyright law, after receiving the file, the doctoral student is required to print the copy and delete the file received from their device.
Recovery of Articles in Journals or Monograph Chapters (Document Delivery)
If, during the bibliographic search phase, articles presented in journals or chapters of books not available in the University are useful, the library staff can be requested to retrieve them from other libraries, of the NILDE circuit, which have access to it.

The recovery of articles in magazines or parts of monographs is subject to copyright legislation (15% of the total pages).
Electronic Resources Available in the University Digital Library
The DIETI library is part of the University library system coordinated by the CAB which manages all the electronic resources (electronic journals, ebooks, technical standards, full-text databases, citational databases) for a fee acquired by the University and searchable in the Digital Library of the University.
It can be access from any unina IP or even from external stations by setting the proxy server.
